Meet the Team

  • Stephanie Kuo

    DIRECTOR OF TRAINING

    Stephanie Kuo is the Director of Training at PRX, overseeing all training, accelerator programs and consultancies for podcasters and organizations of all sizes around the U.S. and the world. Stephanie manages a dynamic team of project managers and podcast design strategists to support audio creators looking to refine their podcast ideas, identify and grow their target audience, and develop unique plans for sustainability and success.

  • Mike Russo

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Mike Russo is a Project Manager for the PRX Training Team. He currently oversees the Ready To Learn Podcast accelerator as well as other projects. Previously Mike spent 6 years in public media as the Director of Audience Development and Director of Podcast Production at KCUR. Before working in public media, Mike spent time as a full-teaching professor after obtaining his graduate degree from Rhode Island School of Design.

  • Toni Carlson

    MANAGER OF TRAINING

    Toni Carlson is the Manager of Training for the PRX Training Team where she handles logistics and communications and manages relationships with strategic partners across all projects. She helps facilitate the Google Podcasts creator Program, supporting independent audio creators from around the world with rigorous curriculum and mentorship. She arrived in audio by way of the performing arts. A dancer and choreographer by trade, she thrives in creative, collaborative environments and takes pride in providing empowering spaces for creators of all stripes to learn and strengthen their voices
